We kunnen met 'het Recht' en 'de Grondwet' in gedachten slechts regeltjes opstellen. En verwarrend genoeg noemen we dat vaak 'de wet'. Alleen de grondwet is de basis van rechtsbescherming. Zij brengen het in de praktijk onder toeziend oog van die vertegenwoordigers en daarmee 'Het Volk. De vertegenwoordigers worden beschermd en geholpen door de constitutie. De basisregels van onze wetten die ondersteunend zijn aan de mogelijkheid te overzien, dat er in de praktijk gebeurd wat in theorie is afgesproken., Onafhankelijk van de vertegenwoordiging van het volk en de dienaren van de koning (deze laatsten worden in landen zonder koning 'administrateurs' genoemd) controleert Justitie (en politie) of iedereen zich wel aan de regels houdt, en of de gemaakte regels de grondrechten die elk mens heeft eerbiedigen., Drie onafhankelijke groepen mensen, want mensen zijn we allemaal, die elkaar ondersteunen en helpen de publieke aangelegenheden te ontwikkelen. Het gaat dan ook zichtbaar fout als de mensen die de takenlijsten en de regels opstellen; de volksvertegenwoordiging in de vorm van gemeenteraden, provincieraden en het parlement, zich laten wijsmaken dat zij geen donder voorstellen als ze niet doen wat de dienaren van de koning zeggen. Dienaren van de Koning in de vorm van Burgemeesters, Commissarissen van de Koning, ministers en ál hun ambtenaren. Dat zou nog meevallen als Justitie zich onafhankelijk zou opstellen en zij zouden zorgen dat de dienaren van de Koning zich aan de basisregels houden. Overigens geld dat ook voor de vertegenwoordigers van het volk. 'Justitie' is de samenwerking van politie en de rechters die het recht hebben om handelen van iedereen, te controleren (rechercheren) op handelen in het publieke domein, wanneer er een verdenking is dat regels (en daarmee wetten) overtreden worden. Zonder verdenking hebben ze slechts de plicht vrijheid te waarborgen. Wanneer volksvertegenwoordigers zich als schoothondjes laten behandelen door de dienaren van de Koning en de dienaren van de Koning het voor elkaar krijgen dat rechters en politie met- en voor hen gaan werken, dan heeft het volk alsnog het nakijken. Als dan óók nog eens de bevolking géén idee heeft hoe de grondwet is bedoeld en niet begrijpt dat hun vertegenwoordigers hun werk niet doen, maar desondanks of juist daardoor niet op hun strepen gaan staan, dan bestaat de democratische rechtsstaat alleen nog maar op papier. De praktijk krijgt dan een andere naam, een andere vorm. Een totalitaire staat. Of in ons geval een Autocratie. Alleen 'de Koning' heeft het dan nog voor het zeggen. Wij leven in een land waarin de dienaren van de Koning de verdachten aanwijzen en waar aangifte tegen verdachten, gedaan door de bevolking verdwijnen en alleen weer tevoorschijn komen als het de dienaren van de koning uitkomt. Representatives are being brought forward on a local, regional and country wide level. Except for deciding the policies, they add to the rule of law the rules. The Servants of the King are allowed to propose a law in the form of rules, but only The Peoples representatives make the rules., The Servants of the King execute the plans. They are responsible to bring to practice what is thought of in only theory so far. The People protected, guided and aided by the constitution, oversee the project. They control what has been agreed on., Independent of the Representatives and the Administrators as they are being called in countries without a King like ours, Justice checks and balances if everyone abides the Law in the process. They also see to it that the rules abide to The Law and 'The Rights' the people were born into., Three independent groups of people, because we all are people, that support and aid each other developing the public domain. and at the same time they help each other to not stray away from the path. To do everything in a society that has been chosen to do and at the same time secure equality and freedom of the born human beings. Of course that is not a simple groundwork. Big groups of people in the public domain, a gigantic organization. And human beings have the tendency when power seems to be at play, to stray away from the path that was laid out. Things will visibly corrupt if the people who create the tasks and rules; the representatives of The People formed in city councils, provincial counsels and on the national level in the parliament, let themselves be made to believe they are worthless. When they start to believe they only have to do what the servants of the King tell them to do. That by the way also goes for the representatives of The People. Justice is the cooperation of police and the judges who are in title to check (investigate) anyone in the public domain if a suspicion of miss behavior has been brought to them. Without any suspicion they are only in title to secure freedom. If and when the representatives of the people make themselves behave like lapdogs owned by the servants of the King, and if the servants of the king get the judges and police to work with them and in service of them, than The People can only stand by to see things go astray. Well. That is if The People have no idea of how the constitution was meant to be used and do not understand their representatives are not abiding to their task. And if the People therefore do not stand their grounds, their democracy now only exists on a piece of paper. This practice has a different name. Totalitarianism, or in the Dutch case; Autocracy. Only the rule of the King is valid. We live in a country in which the Servants of the King point out who is a suspect. A country in which charges against people done by The People disappear and only emerge to the likes of The Servants of the King.
